We were really disappointed with the breakfast seating. It was woefully inadequate for our family size, resulting in us having to scramble for space. The bathroom design was another letdown. it felt cramped with an awful entrance into the shower, not to mention the translucent door that left everyone in the dark in the middle of the night.

The front desk staff made check-in so easy. However, I ran into an issue with our room placement. I asked for an ocean view on the top floor but ended up on the 3rd floor, which was disappointing since I later found out they had more floors. Housekeeping didn't clean our room on the second day despite requesting it. We returned to a room with dirty towels and no floor mat. That's a bummer. We love Springhill Suites for their consistent quality, but this trip was a letdown on those fronts.
